Abstract:
Foreign experience studying enabled to identify such forms of public-private partnership in the Penitentiary System as: 1) provision of psycho-logical, medical and educational spheres of activity, as well as maintenance of prison facilities; 2) economic component of prison functioning, medical and social services and partially security functions; 3) transporting, feeding and providing other services for prisoners’ holding; 4) guarding and maintaining order in courts; 5) prisoners’ guarding in medical institutions.
