The article reveals the problems and necessity of introducing modern information technologies into the system of municipal lending. The use of local government and local government cloud technologies, systems of Internet-trading, creation of centers of information and financial technologies for expanding the boundaries of information interaction between all the participants of municipal lending is proposed
