dc.description.abstract	Негативні тенденції розвитку мисливського господарства актуалізують пошук шляхів підвищення ефективності його діяльності, у тому числі на основі аналізу його теоретичних положень функціонування та розвитку. Це має вагоме практичне значення, адже результати наукових досліджень можуть бути використані в процесі майбутнього реформування галузі. У цій статті проаналізовано різні підходи до визначення понять мисливського господарства, мисливського господарства як галузі, полювання, мисливства тощо. Було встановлено, що мисливське господарство являє собою специфічну галузь національної економіки, яка базується на використанні природних ресурсів, зокрема популяцій мисливських тварин, а також займається їх охороною, регулюванням чисельності та відтворенням. Проаналізовані основні теоретичні положення функціонування та розвитку мисливського господарства в Україні є актуальними для реформування цієї галузі в майбутньому.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	Negative trends in the hunting industry development actualize the search for ways to increase the efficiency of its functioning, including based on the analysis of its theoretical provisions of the functioning and development. We believe that this issue is relevant, as the results of scientific research will be useful in the process of future industry reforming. Hence, the study of the main theoretical provisions of the functioning and development of the hunting industry is of great practical importance. The analysis of general development of the hunting industry, as well as individual practical aspects of its functioning , were studied by the following scientists: А. Deineka, V. Burmas, Yu. Muravyov, G. Govda, V. Bondarenko, О. Protsiv, І. Sheigas and others. Scientific works of M.Cherkashyna, V.Novytsky, L. Danylyuk and others are devoted to the problems of political and legal provision of this sphere, as well as to the analysis of the legal regime of hunting natural resources. Theoretical aspects of the hunting industry development need further research, in particular, the interpretation of such concepts as hunting industry, hunting economy as an industry, hunting, etc. should be further studied. A comprehensive analysis of theoretical provisions of the hunting industry functioning allows to analyse the concept of the hunting economy as an industry, find out its characteristic features, and classify hunting by species. Moreover, within this article, different approaches to defining the concepts of hunting, and hunting economy and the macro- and micro-levels are analyzed, which made it possible to single out their characteristic features and signs. In the process of research, it is established that hunting is a specific branch of the national economy, based on the use of the national resources, in particular, populations of hunting animals, and it also deals with their protection, regulation of the population and reproduction. Having analyzed the main theoretical provisions of the functioning and development of the hunting industry in Ukraine, we can note that this issue is gaining increasing relevance due to the urgent need to reform this industry. In general, the hunting industry is quite diversified and can organize many different types of hunting, as well as provide many related services. However, due to low number of hunting species of animals, as well as various problems of the organizational, economic and regulatory nature, this economic potential remains unrealized, which actualized the issue of continu ing research into various aspects of the hunting industry for its reform.	uk_UA
