Analysis and characteristic of the relation between the economic law and economic sciences

Abstract

To comprehending of the relations of economic law with economic science we must to correlate the content and scopes of their subjects matter. So, by the science of economic law it is accepted to understand a system of knowledge about the legal basis for organization and implementation of economic activity. By economic science it is accepted to understand a system of knowledge about economy and the economic aspects of organization and implementation of economic activity. So, the economic law and economic sciences have very close relations, because in the center of their experience is economic activity.
