dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто розвиток інфраструктури сільських територій з урахуванням наявних глобальних та регіональних тенденцій, активізації територіальної мобільності населення, спрямованої на забезпечення енергоефективності та енергонезалежності. При формуванні сучасних методик розвитку сільських територій важливим аспектом є забезпечення гармонійного розвитку як економічної, так і соціальної сфери територіальних одиниць, збільшення рівня її якості, доступності та пріоритетності доступу до інфраструктури. Проаналізовано ефективні підходи подолання проблем розвитку інфраструктури сільських територій та їх вплив на економічне зростання, залучення інвестицій, створення нових робочих місць. Розвинена інфраструктура створює основу для реалізації бізнес-проєктів, значно підвищує інвестиційну привабливість регіонів, створює умови для стійкого зростання прибутків населення і регіональних бюджетів.uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1The article examines the development of the infrastructure of agricultural areas, taking into account the existing global and regional trends, the activation of the territorial mobility of the population. It has been proved that the development of the agricultural infrastructure according the modern conditions of the development of the agricultural sector is an extremely urgent issue. This problem is in focus of attention of both economists, heads of state and local self-government bodies, businessmen and experts. The necessity of forming new approaches to the development of agricultural areas and their infrastructural support in the conditions of martial law dictates the need for increased attention and support from state authorities and local self-government. According to modern methods of agricultural infrastructure development an important aspect is ensuring the harmonious development of both the economic and social spheres of territorial units, increasing the level of its quality, accessibility and priority of access to infrastructure. It has been reasoned that the development of agricultural areas infrastructure is influenced by both external and internal factors that arise as a result of the objects and subjects interaction of the agricultural production functioning under the influence of the political environment and foreign economic relations. Effective approaches to overcoming the problems of agricultural areas infrastructure development and their impact on economic growth, attracting investments, and creating new jobs are analyzed. Developed infrastructure creates a basis for the implementation of business projects, significantly increases the investment attractiveness of regions, and creates conditions for sustainable growth of population incomes and regional budgets.uk_UA
