dc.description.abstract	У статті розкрито вплив новітніх тенденцій на розвиток економіки конкурентоспроможної аквакультури. З’ясовано, що в умовах навіть надзвичайних продовольчих викликів аквакультура може ще більше покращувати свої екологічні показники й тим самим сприяти досягненню цілей Європейської Зеленої угоди та пов’язаних із нею стратегій, зокрема і стратегії «Від ферми до виделки». Обґрунтовано, що аквакультура відіграє особливу роль у сприянні переходу до сталих продовольчих систем, а також сприяє розвиткові біоекономіки та циркулярної економіки саме через використання відновлюваних водних ресурсів, а також зменшенню забруднення. Надано наукові пропозиції до розроблення проєкту «Концепції відновлення аквакультури» та впровадити у практичну діяльність в Україні.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article examines the influence of the latest trends on the development of the economy of competitive aquaculture. It has been found that even in the face of extreme food challenges, aquaculture can further improve its environmental performance and thereby contribute to the achievement of the goals of the European Green Deal and related strategies, including the Farm to Fork strategy. It should be noted that aquaculture plays a special role in promoting the transition to sustainable food systems, and also contributes to the development of the bioeconomy and the circular economy precisely through the use of renewable water resources, the return in the opposite direction of the trend of decreasing biodiversity, as well as the reduction of pollution. In addition, moving further in the direction of “competitive sustainability” is important to offer the sector significant economic opportunities, especially given that there is increasing public attention to the ecological footprint of products on the market, which may appear in the production process and animal health. According to the Farm to Fork Strategy, targeted support for seaweed farming is also in the future, as algae should become an important source of alternative protein for a sustainable food system and global food security. Two key conditions enabling the growth of a resilient and competitive aquaculture sector are identified: access to space and water, regulatory and administrative frameworks that must be transparent and efficient. Among the proposals for solving the problems are the following: a) to ensure the transformation of the land plot in a complex with property into the ownership of aquaculture subjects: hydrotechnical structures of fishing technological ponds, production buildings and structures, equipment and inventory; b) introduce an electronic management system for the e-Fish industry, introduce a traceability system for aquaculture products, introduce a system for declaration (identification) of aquaculture subjects, introduce administrative responsibility for failure to provide statistical reporting; c) introduce a complex mechanism of state support, including subsidies for aquaculture products, create conditions for bringing Ukrainian fish and products from it to world markets, stimulate the development of value-added chains; d) legislatively regulate the activity of the association of aquaculture producers, grant of powers, establishment of rights and obligations of the members of the association. Scientific proposals for the development of the "Aquaculture Restoration Concepts" project and its implementation in practical activities in Ukraine have been provided.	uk_UA
