Management of the quality of services in clinical diagnostics

Abstract

Laboratory medicine is the most important component of the field of health care because it is the clinical diagnostics (CD) of medical institutions that provide the basic information that allows you to assess the patient's health, monitor the dynamics of treatment, and predict the future state. Based on this, the results of laboratory diagnostics are of national importance as a tool for monitoring the state of citizens' health. The main criteria for the advantages of СD at the current stage of the development of the medical field are the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the obtained research results. The quality of laboratory services must be formed and ensured at all stages: from the moment of determining their need and the collection of biological material throughout the entire period of research and until the results are issued.
