dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано наслідки впливу війни на логістичні процеси в торговельних підприємствах. Окреслено проблеми, які виникли у зв’язку з повномасштабним вторгненням РФ на територію України. Запропоновано напрямки адаптації логістичної діяльності до умов невизначеності, зокрема, воєнного стану. Серед яких: реорганізація комерційних стратегій; застосування передових технологій для поліпшення логістики (блокчейн, автоматизація процесів та робототехніка, аналіз великих даних); посилення акценту на складській логістиці та управлінні запасами; адаптивність логістики розробка та впровадження комплексних стратегій управління ризиками, а також стратегій контингентного планування; розвиток спільних ініціатив та побудова міцних партнерських відносин у ланцюгу постачання; зосередження на довгостроковій стійкості та екологічній відповідальності; підвищення рівня етичної та соціальної відповідальності за свої дії.uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1The article thoroughly examines the consequences that the war has caused on the logistical processes in commercial enterprises. It highlights the main problems that have arisen due to the full scale in vasion of the russian federation into the territory of Ukraine. The analysis looks into how these events have impacted commercial activities and logistics management, including the negative effects on the supply and distribution of goods. Specific directio ns for the adaptation of logistical activities to the challenging conditions of uncertainty, particularly in a state of war, are proposed. Among them are the reorganization of commercial strategies, including the revision of pricing policies, marketing app roaches, and distribution channels; the integration of advanced technologies such as blockchain, process automation, robotics, and big data analysis to enhance the efficiency of logistical operations; strengthening the focus on warehouse logistics and inve ntory management, including optimizing the placement of goods and planning of inventories; introducing flexibility in logistical processes to quickly respond to changing conditions; developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies, incl uding analyzing potential threats, planning preventive measures, and developing contingent plans; developing joint initiatives and building strong partnership relations in the supply chain to jointly address challenges and optimize resources; focusing on l ong term sustainability and environmental responsibility, including the implementation of sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact; and increasing the level of ethical and social responsibility of enterprises for their actions, which include s adherence to moral norms, human rights, and social standards. These insights are crucial in understanding the profound impact that geopolitical events can have on business operations, especially in the realm of logistics and supply chain management. The war in Ukraine, instigated by the russian federation, has led to a complex web of challenges for businesses operating in the region and beyond. The disruption in supply chains, the need for rapid adaptation to changing market conditions, and the increased emphasis on ethical and social responsibilities have forced companies to rethink and re strategize their operational models. This analysis serves as a guide for businesses to navigate through these tumultuous times, emphasizing the importance of flexibili ty, technological innovation, and ethical practices in overcoming the difficulties posed by such conflicts. The article not only sheds light on the specific issues faced but also offers practical solutions that can be adopted by companies to ensure continu ity, efficiency, and responsibility in their operations. The role of technology, particularly emerging fields like blockchain and big data, is underscored as a key factor in enhancing logistics operations and managing risks effectively.
