| dc.description.abstract | Встановлення обмежень щодо використання земель, як механізм забезпечення сприятливих умов життєдіяльності населення та сталого розвитку територій, має вагоме значення. Проведено аналіз коректності назв територіальних зон (груп об'єктів) їхньому змістовному наповненню, мети їх встановлення відповідно до законодавчо визначених обмежень для реєстрації в державному земельному кадастрі. Проведене дослідження дозволило структурувати законодавчо визначені зони й об’єднати їх в дві агреговані групи: об’єкт зазначений в назві не має відношення до накладання обмежень у використання земель; об’єкти зазначені в назві є підставою або передумовою для накладання обмежень. Результати дослідження ілюструють необхідність в удосконаленні понятійного апарату щодо назв територіальних зон; впорядкувати територіальні зони, якими визначено обов’язковість накладання обмежень. | dc.description.abstractalt1 | Land resources are the spatial basis for settlement and economic activity, placement of objects and their use as the main means of production in the economy. One of the key tasks in determining the legitimacy of possible directions of land use is the identification of objects in the information system. Ensuring the long-term socio-economic growth of the country as a whole, regions and settlements and the rational use of natural resources in general and land resources in particular are important tasks today. One of the methods of ensuring the balanced development of territories and the land use of different categories is the formation of restrictions on certain types of activities. The article discusses the methodological approach to one of the stages of the restrictions formation – the identification of the object of the state land cadastre. There is no justification and explanation of the methodological approaches to the division of territorial zones provided in the legislation, which complicates its perception and understanding. The study analyzed the correctness of the names of territorial zones (groups of objects) and their content, the purpose of their establishment in accordance with the legally defined restrictions for registration in the state land cadastre. In the process of research, methods of analysis and synthesis were used. The conducted research made it possible to structure the legally defined zones and combine them into two aggregated groups: the object specified in the name is not related to the imposition of land use restrictions; the objects indicated in the title are the basis or prerequisite for the imposition of restrictions. The results of the study illustrate the need to improve the conceptual apparatus regarding the names of territorial zones; regulate the territorial zones by which the mandatory imposition of restrictions is determined. | uk_UA |
