Theoretical bases of risk management of social-labor sphere

Abstract

The article notes the close relationship between the risks of social and labour sphere and economic risks. A comparative analysis of the development of the social and labour sphere of Ukraine and the certain European countries by the given indicators was carried out. The process of risk management in the social and labour sphere is divided into stages: analysis; choice of methods of influence on the basis of their assessment; man-agement decision making; direct impact on risks; control and adjustment of results.
