dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено проблеми інфраструктурного розвитку сільських територій у період повоєнного відновлення. Обґрунтовано, що регіональні особливості інфраструктурного розвитку сільських територій залежать від низки факторів, які відрізняються залежно від географічного положення, соціально-економічних умов, природних ресурсів і культурних традицій. Досліджено стан регіонального розвитку за показником виробництва продукції сільського господарства, що дало змогу виокремити регіони лідери та регіони, які мають іншу спеціалізацію. Проаналізовано обсяги завданої шкоди в сільському господарстві за категоріями, визначено необхідні ресурси для відновлення територій в повоєнний період. Окреслено пріоритети відновлення та реконструкції сфери сільського господарства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractalt1The article examines the problems of infrastructural development of rural areas during the period of post-war reconstruction. It is substantiated that the regional features of infrastructural development of rural areas depend on a number of factors that differ depending on the geographical location, socioeconomic conditions, natural resources and cultural traditions. The state of regional development according to the indicator of production of agricultural products was studied, which made it possible to single out regions that are leaders and regions that have a different specialization. It is justified that in general it is difficult to assess the damage caused today, especially taking into account the temporarily occupied territories, access to which is currently unavailable in the state, therefore the assessment of the destruction is not possible in full. It was determined that the formation of a plan for the restoration of agricultural regions and the redistribution of financial resources has its own specific features, which include the level of destruction, the availability of natural resources, the social structure of the population and infrastructure. The main aspects affecting the infrastructural development of rural areas in the post-war period are highlighted. It has been established that the introduction of new business principles and technologies, which are oriented towards the goals of sustainable development, which includes the use of energy-saving technologies and the ecological use of natural resources. The need to ensure the conditions for the return of residents to their places in order to establish socio-economic development in the restoration territories has been proven. For this, it is necessary to restore the housing stock and provide jobs as a priority. The cost of the damage caused in agriculture was analyzed by category, which made it possible to determine the necessary amount of resources for the restoration of territories in the post-war period. Approximate priorities for the restoration and reconstruction of the agricultural sector were studied, which made it possible to form priority directions.uk_UA
