The special form’s modeliny of inductore for magnetic-pulse processing

Abstract

It is proposed to use a specially shaped inductor to strengthen the surface layer of the teeth of a large-sized gear wheel with the help of magnetic pulse processing. According to the dimensions obtained from the drawing of the representative part, a three-dimensional model of the inductor, shown in (Fig. 1), was designed in the SolidWorks software complex. For the in-depth calculation of the magnetic field, the turns on the model were grouped in 20 pieces, that is, 20 turns of the real coil are required for one turn of the three-dimensional model.
