Abstract

Beginning from middle ХХ of century education of adults became one of major facilities of development of society and man. Access to education is got by the far of task forces for that she is one of facilities of survival : invalids, refugees, unemployed persons, pensioners, functionally illiterate workers. In different countries to education of adults an important role in providing of proof progress of development of personality and society and Ukraine are taken is not an exception in organization of this development
