dc.description.abstract	Дисертація присвячена поглибленню теоретичних положень, удосконаленню методичних підходів та наданню практичних рекомендацій щодо функціонування організаційно-економічного механізму розвитку АПК регіонів. На основі дослідження наукових шкіл, щодо структурування національного господарства та ролі аграрної сфери у розвитку економіки, уточнено сутність понять: «агропромисловий комплекс», «розвиток АПК», «організаційно-економічний механізм». Уточнено складові організаційно-економічного механізму розвитку АПК регіонів. Удосконалено методичний підхід до оцінювання ефективності організаційно- економічного механізму розвитку АПК регіонів та проведено його дослідно- експериментальну перевірку. Виявлено пентагрупу перешкод розвитку АПК регіонів, а саме відокремлено перешкоди макрорівня, пов’язані з державним та регіональним управлінням та підтримкою розвитку сфер АПК, екологічні, логістичні, інформаційно-аналітичні та технологічні перешкоди. Обґрунтовано напрями елімінації пентагрупи перешкод розвитку АПК регіонів, відповідно до функції організаційної та економічної складової організаційно- економічного механізму розвитку АПК регіонів. Запропоновано концепцію організаційно-економічного механізму активізації розвитку АПК регіонів	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The work was performed at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kiev Polytechnic Institute" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Annotation content. The dissertation is devoted to the deepening and development of existing theoretical and scientific-methodological provisions concerning the functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of agro-industrial complex development of regions. In the paper, the conceptual provisions based on the system of general economic and specific principles are grounded for the first time and provide a set of measures aimed at eliminating obstacles to the development of agroindustrial complexes of the regions and strengthening the processes of activating the development of agroindustrial complex as part of regional economic systems. An improved strategic approach to the implementation of organizational and economic measures for the development of agro-industrial complex of the regions, which takes into account, in particular, the implementation of valuation procedures, the definition of the objects of application of efforts and the composition of management tools for the development of agro-industrial complexes of the regions, in the development of vertically integrated agro-industrial structures, activation of leasing relations, engaging in intellectual capital. The component structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of agroindustrial complexes of the regions, based on the use of systemic, synergistic, resource and situational approaches. The theoretical and methodological provisions on the functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-industrial complex of the regions, taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning of the complex, from the point of view of harmonization of the functioning of all its spheres, have been improved, highlighting the sectoral peculiarities of the regional potential for provision of means of production, agricultural production, processing, preservation, logistics and bringing to the consumer in order to provide reproductive processes within the productive forces. On the basis of the research of scientific schools on the structure of the national economy and the role of the agrarian sphere in the development of the economy, the essence of the concepts is specified: "development of the agro-industrial complex"; "Organizational and economic mechanism"; "Organizational and Economic Mechanism for Activating the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex". The estimated indicators of development of agroindustrial complex of the regions based on observance of the principles of systemicity, universality and consistency, the use of expert-statistical method of their choice and multiple regression are found for finding solutions to matrix equations of estimated indices of spheres of agroindustrial complex on the basis of correlation analysis, which is confirmed by the absence of signs multicollinearity and simulativeness between estimates in the finding of coefficients of pair correlation. Critical approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of agroindustrial complexes of the regions, which are constructed using the model of nonlinear dynamics in the form of a system of differential equations, have been further developed, and it allows constructing an optimistic forecast for the development of agroindustrial complexes in the regions. The systematization of obstacles in the development of agroindustrial complexes of regions is established, which is based on the establishment of a pentagroup of obstacles: the macro level associated with state and regional management and support for the development of spheres of the agro-industrial complex; ecological logistic; informational-analytical and technological character, which gives an opportunity to substantiate the directions of the organizational-economic mechanism's action to eliminate them taking into account potential opportunities and competitive advantages of sustainable spatial development. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the theoretical and methodological provisions of the dissertation work are brought to the level of concrete proposals and methodological recommendations regarding the functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-industrial complex of the regions.	en_US
dc.description.abstractalt2	Диссертация посвящена углублению теоретических положений, совершенствованию методических подходов и предоставлению практических рекомендаций по функционированию организационно-экономического механизма развития АПК регионов. На основе исследования научных школ по структурированию национального хозяйства и роли аграрной сферы в развитии экономики уточнена сущность понятий: «агропромышленный комплекс», «развитие АПК», «организационно-экономический механизм». Уточнены сотавляющие организационно-экономического механизма развития АПК регионов. Усовершенствован методический подход к оценке эффективности организационно- экономического механизма развития АПК регионов и проведена его опытно- экспериментальная проверка. Выявлена пентагруппа препятствий развития АПК регионов, а именно выделены препятствия макроуровня, связанные с государственным и региональным управлением и поддержкой развития сфер АПК, экологические, логистические, информационно-аналитические и технологические препятствия. Обоснованы направления элиминации пентагруппы препятствий развития АПК регионов в соответствии с функцией организационной и экономической составляющей организационно-экономического механизма развития АПК регионов. Предложена концепция организационно- экономического механизма активизации развития АПК регионов.	en_US
