dc.description.abstractalt1	В статті розглядається проблема трудової міграції в Україні. Проаналізовано чинники впливу та векторну спрямованість еміграції населення України. Обґрунтовано використання нестандартних форм зайнятості в якості засобу стабілізації трудових міграційних потоків. Запропоновано модель регулювання трудової міграції через призму застосування нестандартних форм зайнятості.	en_US
