dc.description.abstract	Дисертація присвячена дослідженню стратегії інвестиційної безпеки національної економіки в сучасних умовах інтеграції до Європейського Союзу. Систематизовано та обґрунтовано методологічні засади парадигмальної поліструктурної моделі стратегії інвестиційної безпеки національних економік в умовах глобалізації. Розкриті кількісні та якісні характеристики стратегії інвестиційної безпеки національної економіки. Проаналізовані глобальні детермінанти інвестиційної безпеки економіки України та ідентифіковані ефекти єврорегіонального впливу на інвестиційну безпеку національної економіки. Виявлено місце євроінтеграційних впливів у поліструктурній моделі інвестиційної безпеки економіки України. Увага зосереджена на моделюванні впливу макроекономічних показників на зростання прямих іноземних інвестицій в економіку України з європейських країн. Обґрунтовані стратегічні напрями інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС в умовах забезпечення безпекового розвитку національної економіки. Запропонована «Інвестиційна стратегія України: 2018-2027» та інституційна модель формування безпечної інвестиційної стратегії України у глобальному середовищі.	en_US

Систематизированы и обоснованы методологические основы парадигмальной полиструктурной модели стратегии инвестиционной безопасности национальных экономик в условиях глобализации. Раскрыты количественные и качественные характеристики стратегии инвестиционной безопасности национальной экономики. Проведен анализ глобальных детерминантов инвестиционной безопасности экономики Украины и идентифицированы эффекты еврорегионального влияния на инвестиционную безопасность национальной экономики. Выявлено место евроинтеграционных воздействий в полиструктурной модели инвестиционной безопасности экономики Украины. Внимание сосредоточено на моделировании влияния макроэкономических показателей на рост прямых иностранных инвестиций в экономику Украины из европейских стран. Обоснованы стратегические направления инвестиционного сотрудничества Украины и ЕС в условиях обеспечения безопасности развития национальной экономики. Предложена «Инвестиционная стратегия Украины: 2018-2027» и институциональная модель формирования безопасной инвестиционной стратегии Украины в глобальной среде.	en_US
dc.description.abstractalt2	The theoretical and methodological bases of investment security issues research of economies countries are substantiated, genesis and evolution of concepts «security», «national security» and aggregated concept «economic security» are investigated, and the structure of economic security is shown in the dissertation. The necessity of distinguishing investment security from the aggregated notion «economic security», which is considered as a multi-factor category, is proved. External and internal conditions and factors influencing investment security, investment security environment and critical objects for ensuring investment security in different countries of the world are investigated. The threats to national security are identified and investigated in the context of investment policy implementation. The sectors and activities related to national security issues in different countries are found out within the implementation of investment policy. The criterion parameters and structural elements of the investment security of the national economy are determined and investigated. The link between the structural elements of the investment security of the national economy is analyzed, the focus attention is on the investment potential, the investment policy of the state, the investment activity of economic agents and the investment climate of the state. The indicative method of estimating the investment security of the state is also revealed. The methodological approach to assessing the investment security system through a set of elements of investment security characterized by integrity, hierarchy, independence, heterogeneity, controllability, that is aimed at achieving a multiplicative and accelerator effect of investments in order to ensure socially oriented sustainable and competitive development of the national economy is improved. It is proposed to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the characteristics of investment security of national economies by coordinating and implementing counteraction measures, which will increase the level of qualitative improvement and scientific substantiation of integral investment security as a component of economic security. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the strategy of investment security of the national economy are systematized. A mechanism for monitoring the implementation of the investment security strategy of national economies is proposed on a methodological level, the purpose of which is to ensure the effectiveness and quality of its implementation on the basis of the systemic principles and the use of control tools to determine the assessment of threats and risks of investment security through an indicative method and discriminatory analysis, as well as forecasting with the help of expert method and extrapolation method for making appropriate decisions, which will allow to achieve economic effect and optimize investments. The polystructural model of formation of investment security of the national economy in the process of economic development is developed on the basis of generalization of approaches to its evaluation, taking into account the nature and features of the implementation of investment policy and modern trends of the market of foreign direct investment. The influence of the trends of the world foreign direct investment market on the investment security of the national economy is revealed on the basis of the study of FDI analysis, cross-border mergers and acquisitions. A multi-factor model of the influence of the most significant factors (consumption level, inflation, external debt) on the growth of FDI from the European Union countries has been constructed using EViews-7 program in order to identify the potential for increasing the impact of the return on the scale of production, which involves not only getting the participants of the investment process rewards, but also additional benefits, namely benefits from interaction, and identification of the effects of Euroregional influence on Ukraine’s investment security. The VAR-models have been constructed (using E-Views-7) in order to identify trends and dynamics of comparative efficiency of foreign investment for future national economic growth and sustainable development. The hypothesis concerning the correlation of the dynamics of direct foreign investments from GDP (and not vice versa) is proved. The strategic directions of investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU are defined in the conditions of ensuring security development, maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the existing security architecture. The necessity of implementing an effective secure investment strategy was substantiated and the project «Investment Strategy of Ukraine: 2018–2027» was proposed for effective cooperation within the framework of the EU External Investments Plan by promoting the implementation of such priorities as economic, inclusive and sustainable growth. Investment Strategy of Ukraine, the stages of step-by-step development and implementation are proposed.	en_US
