dc.description.abstract	У дисертації запропоновано нове вирішення важливої науково-практичної проблеми розроблення теоретичних, методологічних основ формування інвестиційного ресурсу структурної модернізації економіки України. Узагальнено та систематизовано теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності поняття інвестиційного ресурсу, що дозволило сформувати авторську позицію щодо його розуміння, розглянуто інвестиційний ресурс з позиції єдності трьох складових – внутрішньої, ресурсної та результативної. Побудовано та висвітлено наукову логіку методологічної схеми дослідження інвестиційного ресурсу структурної модернізації економіки на засадах системного та синергетичного підходів. Це дозволило представити інвестиційний ресурс структурної модернізації економіки як систему, здатну до самоорганізації. Окреслено контури структури інвестиційного ресурсу економіки, надано опис організаційно-управлінського механізму та обґрунтовано методичний інструментарій оцінювання такого ресурсу. Запропоновано застосування е-технологій для досягнення цілей структурної модернізації економіки країни стосовно моделювання інвестиційної платформи, що сприятиме формуванню і реалізації дієвого механізму нагромадження інноваційного ресурсу структурної модернізації економіки України шляхом інтеграції сучасних принципів цифрової економіки та досягнення синергетичного ефекту.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	В диссертации предложено новое решение важной научно-практической проблемы разработки теоретических, методологических основ формирования инвестиционного ресурса структурной модернизации экономики Украины. Обобщены и систематизированы теоретические подходы к определению сущности понятия инвестиционного ресурса, которое позволило сформировать авторскую позицию относительно его понимания, рассмотрен инвестиционный ресурс с позиции единства трех составляющих – внутренней, ресурсной и результативной. Построена и отражена научная логика методологической схемы исследования инвестиционного ресурса структурной модернизации экономики на принципах системного и синергического подходов. Это позволило представить инвестиционный ресурс структурной модернизации экономики как систему, способную к самоорганизации. Очерчены контуры структуры инвестиционного ресурса экономики, предоставлено описание организационноуправленческого механизма и обоснован методический инструментарий оценки такого ресурса. Предложено применение е-технологий для достижения целей структурной модернизации экономики страны относительно моделирования инвестиционной платформы, которая будет способствовать формированию и реализации действенного механизма мобилизации инновационного ресурса структурной модернизации экономики Украины путем интеграции современных принципов цифровой экономики и достижения синергического эффекта.	en_US
dc.description.abstractalt2	New solution of important science and practical problem of development of theoretical, methodological bases of forming of investment resource of structural modernization of economy of Ukraine is offered in dissertation. Generalized and the theoretical going is systematized near determination of essence of concept of investment resource, which allowed to form author position in relation to his understanding, an investment resource is considered from position of unity three constituents – internal, resource and effective. It is suggested to examine an investment resource as a system of elements, architecture of which foresees the presence of financial, material and technical, intellectual and informatively legal constituents at disposal of national economy and can be directed on achievement of aims of its development. Scientific explanation of essence of investment resource is offered extends the limits of him richly in content functional descriptions in the context of influence on the structural changing of national economy. Scientific logic of methodological chart of research of investment resource of structural modernization of economy is built It allowed to present the investment resource of structural modernization of economy as system, apt at selforganization of the internal constituents in accordance with preset parameter of functioning. Outlined, factors which determine the contours of structure of investment resource of economy character and degree of his influence high-quality update of structure of national economy are selected, description is given organizationally administrative to the mechanism and grounded methodical tool of evaluation of such resource and reflected on principles of approaches of the systems and sinergistical. Application of e-technologies is offered for achievement of aims of structural modernization of economy of country in relation to the design of investment platform which is presented functional composition of such subsystems: 1) institutional environment 2) organizational and legal sphere; 3) social sphere of investment platform; 4) financial environment; 5) economic environment. The use of the offered e-technology will be given by possibility of creation of investment platform as an object of digital infrastructure of investment activity which will be instrumental in forming and realization of effective mechanism of piling up of innovative resource of structural modernization of economy of Ukraine by integration of modern principles of digital economy and achievement of sinergistical effect. It is set that the effective functioning of investment platform of investment resource of structural modernization of economy of Ukraine foresees the construction of the proper algorithm of management an investment resource in the context of providing of structural modernization of economy, which is based on approach of the systems and presented the argued sequence of executions: choice of priorities of modernization of economy of country; determination of directions of modernization of national economy; calculation of innovative potential structural modernization of economy; forming of investment resource; a construction of platform of investment resource is with the use of digital technologies; monitoring and estimation of the state of investment resource of structural modernization of national economy. A feature and advantage of this algorithm is an account of key factors of endogenous and exogenous influence on forming of investment resource of structural modernization of economy of Ukraine.	en_US
