dc.description.abstract	Предметом дослідження є управління трудовими ресурсами готельного господарства. Об'єктом дослідження даної випускної кваліфікаційної роботи виступають трудові ресурси готельного господарства. Мета випускної кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних аспектів управління трудовими ресурсами в готельному господарстві та обґрунтування практичних заходів щодо його удосконалення. Завданнями випускної кваліфікаційної роботи є: розкрити сутність та значення трудових ресурсів в управлінні готельним господарством; розглянути методичні підходи до аналізу трудових ресурсів в Україні; визначити нормативно-правове забезпечення управління трудовими ресурсами; провести організаційно-економічну характеристику готельного господарства; проаналізувати та оцінити використання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві; визначити напрями покращення фінансового стану підприємства; розробити напрями покращення системи управління трудовими ресурсами в готельному господарстві. За результатами дослідження сформульовані пропозиції щодо впровадження заходів, що дадуть змогу підвищити ефективність використання трудових ресурсів готельного господарства	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The subject of the study is the management of labor resources of the hotel industry. The object of study of this final qualifying work are the labor resources of the hotel industry. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to study the theoretical aspects of human resource management in the hotel industry and justify practical measures to improve it. The objectives of the final qualification work are: to reveal the essence and significance of labor resources in the management of the hotel industry; to consider methodical approaches to the analysis of labor resources in Ukraine; determine the regulatory and legal support for human resource management; to carry out organizational and economic characteristics of the hotel industry; analyze and evaluate the use of labor resources at the enterprise; identify areas for improving the financial condition of the enterprise; to develop directions for improving the human resources management system in the hotel industry. Based on the results of the study, proposals have been formulated for the implementation of measures that will increase the efficiency of the use of labor resources of the hotel industry.	en_US
