Одним із головних підрозділів в першому розділі є організаційно-технічні показники рубок догляду за лісом. В ньому описуються всі основні показники проведення рубок догляду в насадженнях. У розділі 2 наведено проведення рубок догляду на базі ДП «Семенівкарайагролісгосп». Також історія створення і розташування адміністративного центру в якому знаходиться підприємство, його кліматичні та ґрунтові умови. В розділі 3 описано процес відбору дерев під час проведення рубок догляду. Також наведена традиційна техніка та технологія рубок догляду за лісом і описано процес проведення рубок на певній ділянці.
