dc.description.abstract	Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене вирішенню важливих завдань щодо обґрунтування теоретико-методичних засад інвестиційних процесів на ринку цінних паперів та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо їх активізації в Україні. Розкрито сутність і специфіку реалізації інвестиційних процесів на ринку цінних паперів, запропоновано новий теоретико-методичний підхід до їх визначення і специфіки з урахуванням різних груп учасників. Визначено інвестиційний інструментарій ринку цінних паперів. Аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку інвестиційних процесів дав змогу визначити ризики та загрози щодо їх активізації. У роботі запропоновано перспективні напрями розвитку ринку цінних паперів України у контексті активізації інвестиційних процесів, зокрема у частині індикаторів їх оцінювання, розвитку інвестиційного інструментарію та інституційного забезпечення.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	Диссертационное исследование посвящено решению важных задач по обоснованию теоретико-методических основ инвестиционных процессов на рынке ценных бумаг и разработке практических рекомендаций по их активизации в Украине. Раскрыта сущность и специфика реализации инвестиционных процессов на рынке ценных бумаг, предложен новый теоретико-методический подход к их определению и специфики с учетом различных групп участников. Определен инвестиционный инструментарий рынка ценных бумаг. Анализ современного состояния и тенденций развития инвестиционных процессов позволил определить риски и угрозы по их активизации. В работе предложены перспективные направления развития рынка ценных бумаг Украины в контексте активизации инвестиционных процессов, в частности в части индикаторов их оценки, развития инвестиционного инструментария и институционального обеспечения.	en_US
dc.description.abstractalt2	The dissertation research is devoted to the solution of important tasks concerning the substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of investment processes in the securities market and development of practical recommendations concerning their activization in Ukraine. The essence and specifics of investment processes in the securities market are revealed, a new theoretical and methodological approach to their definition and specificity is proposed, taking into consideration different groups of participants. The investment tools of the securities market are determined. The analysis of the current state and trends in investment processes made it possible to identify risks and threats to their activation. Within the paper, promising areas of the securities market development in Ukraine in the context of intensification of investment processes, in particular in terms of the indicators of their evaluation, development of investment tools and institutional support are proposed. Based on foreign approaches to public management of investment processes in the securities market and the analysis of state regulation of the securities market in Ukraine, it is necessary to combine different regulatory methods of government and non-government regulation, to borrow the best practices in this aspect, and to develop their own individual mechanism of state regulation of the securities market in Ukraine, public-private partnership in the securities market is proposed. A structural model of the state regulation mechanism of investment processes in the securities market of Ukraine has been developed. The stages of evolution of the securities market development in Ukraine are analyzed. The analysis of the current state of the Ukrainian securities market is carried out. The structural dynamics of securities issue, the dynamics of securities trading volumes are reflected. There is a close relationship between trading volumes in the stock market and GDP. The analysis of the current state and indicators of the subjects’ development of the securities market in Ukraine is carried out, and, in addition, the reasons interfering with their activity are revealed, and the directions concerning liquidation of the given reasons are offered. The dissertation research includes general calculations of the key indicators of the securities market efficiency in Ukraine, in particular, such general indicators as capitalization (depth), liquidity (stability), productivity (efficiency) are used. The dynamics of performance indicators of the securities market in foreign countries and in Ukraine is reflected. Based on methodological approaches, the efficiency and development of the Ukrainian securities market using international and national stock indices are analyzed. It is established that the securities market in Ukraine lags far behind the indicators of foreign securities markets in all development indicators, is characterized by low infrastructure development, limited quality investment instruments, lack of an effective investment mechanism, imperfect legislation. Problems of the development of investment instruments in the securities market of Ukraine are clarified and directions for the investment processes intensification in instruments of the securities market of Ukraine in the context of each segment of the domestic securities market are proposed. It is proposed to introduce new types of investment instruments and to developed a Concept for the development of investment processes in the securities market. Within the paper, directions for general development of investment processes in the securities market, which will expand the opportunities for attracting investment resources for the development of the economy as a whole and for its actors in particular, are proposed.	en_US
