| dc.description.abstract | Предметом дослідження є методика та специфіка процесів бізнеспланування у готельному господарстві. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розробки та реалізації бізнес-плану готельного господарства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження особливостей бізнеспланування в готельних господарства та розробка бізнес-плану розширення діяльності туристичних підприємств. Завданнями кваліфікаційної роботи є: розглянути теоретичні основи бізнес-планування; проаналізувати сутність бізнес-плану; охарактеризувати основні цілі, завдання, функції бізнес-плану; проаналізувати техніку, структуру розробки бізнес-плану; розглянути основні переваги розробки бізнес-плану; провести аналіз сучасного стану готельного господарства в Україні; оцінити перспективи розвитку бізнес-планування; розробити бізнес-план розвитку готельного господарства. За результатами досліджень розроблено бізнес-план готельного господарства. Запропоновано ефективний план впровадження нового, конкурентоздатного туристичного підприємства на ринок туристичних послуг. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstractalt1 | The subject of the study is the methodology and specifics of business planning processes in the hotel industry. The object of research is the process of developing and implementing a business plan for the hotel industry. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the features of business planning in the hotel industry and develop a business plan to expand the activities of tourism enterprises. The objectives of the qualification work are: to consider the theoretical foundations of business planning; analyze the essence of the business plan; describe the main goals, objectives, functions of the business plan; analyze the technique, the structure of the business plan; consider the main advantages of developing a business plan; to analyze the current state of the hotel industry in Ukraine; assess the prospects for business planning; to develop a business plan for the development of the hotel industry. Based on the results of research, a business plan for the hotel industry has been developed. An effective plan for the introduction of a new, competitive tourism enterprise in the market of tourist services is proposed. | en_US |
