dc.description.abstract	У статті досліджено поточну систему фінансування охорони здоров’я в Україні та її основних учасників. Систематизовано перелік нормативно-правових актів, які створюють політико-правову основу для формування механізмів фінансування охорони здоров’я. Особливу увагу приділено програмі медичних гарантій, сутність якої полягає в тому, що держава гарантує надання медичних послуг та лікарських засобів пацієнтам. Оплата послуг закладу охорони здоров’я відбувається у разі виконання таких умов: укладений договір між закладом охорони здоров’я та Національною службою охорони здоров’я України. Проте питання фінансування залишається відкритим, оскільки держава неспроможна забезпечити повністю безоплатне надання медичних послуг. Запропоновано умови та кроки залучення страхових компаній у систему фінансування охорони здоров’я України.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article researched the current system of health care financing in Ukraine and its main participants. The list of norma¬tive legal acts that create a political and legal basis for the formation of mechanisms for financing health care were systema¬tized. Particular attention is paid to the program of medical guarantees, the essence of which is that the state guarantees the provision of medical services and medicines to patients. The payment for the services of a health care institution is subject to the following conditions: an agreement has been concluded between the health care institution and the National Health Service of Ukraine. However, the issue of funding remains open, as the state is unable to provide completely free medical services. The conditions and steps for involving insurance companies to the health care financing system of Ukraine are proposed.	en_US
