dc.description.abstract	Транспортний сектор України потребує суттєвих змін у землекористуванні відповідно до міжнародних угод. Необхідно систематизувати поняття земель транспорту, проаналізувати тенденції щодо використання земель для таких цілей в розрізі власників землі та землекористувачів, а також окреслити перспективи розвитку землекористування транспортного сектора України. Відсоток аукціонів, на які виносять землі транспорту, залишається невеликим, оскільки землі транспорту не користуються попитом на земельних торгах. Це можна пояснити відсутністю фінансово-спроможних учасників аукціону серед українців, недостатню наповненість бюджетів та недостатнє висвітлення роботи аукціонів. Слід зауважити, що для Львівської області відсоток аукціонів для земель транспорту складає до 40 % усіх аукціонів в Україні, що свідчить про розвиток транспортної галузі на території області.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	To date, according to the project of the President of Ukraine "Large Construction" and the transition to electronic land registration, there is a question of entering these transport lands in the public cadastral map of Ukraine, assigning cadastral numbers to existing transport facilities, and obtaining them for projected objects by changing the purpose of the land. The accounting for transport lands allows to further improve the transport system of Ukraine and lead to efficient management of these lands. Operating on the sources of information available for research, at present, such changes are not observed, so it is necessary to conduct additional research on the accounting of transport lands through the analysis of land auctions in Ukraine. Analysis of research and publications allows to obtain information on the accounting of transport lands only until the end of 2015, which is currently outdated information. In accordance with the existing projects of modernization of highways of Ukraine (repair and construction of new ones) and other transport infrastructure, it is necessary to study the legal status of lands on which it is planned to perform relevant works and assess trends in ownership of transport lands. The aim of the research is to systematize the concept of transport lands, to analyze the trend of such lands use in terms of land owners and land users, to outline the prospects for the development of land use in the transport sector of Ukraine. Determine the share of transport lands in tenders on a competitive basis. Based on the analysis of statistical data obtained from the State Geocadastre, the paper presents the analysis of information on land auctions on a competitive basis. We singled out information about transport lands and obtained percentage patterns of increasing the number of category 12 lands due to purchase and sale agreements for all territories of Ukraine and for the Lviv region in particular. The analysis of the success of land auctions was also carried out and taken into account in the final values of the received land areas. The paper analyzes the number of land auctions in the period from March 30, 2013 to October 30, 2021 (including planned auctions) throughout Ukraine. The percentage of the number of auctions for transport lands to the auctions for all categories of lands is determined. It is determined that the percentage of auctions for which transport lands are transferred remains small, as transport lands are not in demand at land auctions. This can be explained by the lack of financially viable auction participants among Ukrainians, insufficient budgets and insufficient coverage of auctions. Nevertheless, it should be noted that for Lviv region compared to the whole territory of Ukraine, the percentage of auctions for transport lands is up to 40% of all auctions in Ukraine, which indicates the development of transport in the region, which correlates with the project “Large Construction”.	en_US
