dc.description.abstract	Предмет дослідження – нормативно-правове забезпечення та розвиток діджиталізації, цифрових інновацій та електронного урядування у сфері земельних відносин. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси цифрової трансформації та розвиток online-сервісів, адміністративних електронних послуг у сфері земельних відносин, функціонал Публічної кадастрової карти, порталу метаданих, національної інфраструктури геопросторових даних України. Мета дослідження – визначення основних принципів функціонування online-сервісів, аналіз процесів діджиталізації, розвитку цифрових інновацій, електронного урядування, дослідження практичного застосування цифрових технологій у сфері земельних відносин, визначення стратегічних цілей і напрямів подальшого розвитку галузі. Для написання магістерської роботи використовувались загальнонаукові методи дослідження відповідно до обраної теми, де можна виокремити два рівні методів: 1) емпіричний, на якому відбувався процес накопичення фактів; 2) теоретичний — досягнення синтезу знань. При емпіричному дослідженні застосовувалось спостереження – систематичне цілеспрямоване вивчення об'єкта, тобто процесів цифрової трансформації та розвитку online-сервісів, адміністративних електронних послуг у сфері земельних відносин. Спостереження як метод пізнання надав можливість отримати первинну інформацію у вигляді сукупності емпіричних даних з метою первинної схематизації об'єктів. У роботі застосовано метод порівняння – різні об'єкти чи явища можуть порівнюватися безпосередньо або опосередковано через їх порівняння з будь-яким іншим об'єктом (еталоном), що використано для характеристики цілісності, доступності та інтероперабельності реєстрів. Крім того, для досягнення мети дослідження, визначення основних принципів функціонування та подальшого розвитку online-сервісів у сфері земельних відносин, застосовувались методи абстрагування, аналізу і синтезу, індукції і дедукції, моделювання.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	The subject of research is the legal support and development of digitalization, digital innovations and e-government in the field of land relations. The object of research is the processes of digital transformation and development of online services, administrative electronic services in the field of land relations, the functionality of the Public cadastral map, metadata portal, national geospatial data infrastructure of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to determine the basic principles of online services, analysis of digitalization processes, development of digital innovations, e-government, study of practical application of digital technologies in land relations, definition of strategic goals and directions of further development of the industry. To write a master's thesis, general scientific research methods were used in accordance with the chosen topic, where two levels of methods can be distinguished: 1) empirical, on which the process of accumulation of facts took place; 2) theoretical - achieving the synthesis of knowledge. Empirical research used observation - a systematic purposeful study of the object, ie the processes of digital transformation and development of online services, administrative electronic services in the field of land relations. Observation as a method of cognition provided an opportunity to obtain primary information in the form of a set of empirical data for the purpose of primary schematization of objects. The method of comparison is used in the work - different objects or phenomena can be compared directly or indirectly through their comparison with any other object (standard), which is used to characterize the integrity, accessibility and interoperability of registers. In addition, to achieve the goal of the study, determine the basic principles of operation and further development of online services in the field of land relations, methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling were used.	en_US
