| dc.description.abstractalt1 | The explanatory note contains 105 A4 sheets, the graphic part contains 10 A1 sheets. This project is designed for the construction of a dormitory for 248 people in the city of Chernihiv. This project complies with current regulations in the field of construction. The following sections are developed in the explanatory note: 1. Analysis of the formation of functional, technological and architecturalplanning solutions of dormitories - it analyzes the trends of construction of such housing, their need in modern realities, relatively foreign experience in dormitory construction, spatial planning solutions of the house, design solutions; 2. Analysis of load-bearing structures of foundations - it calculates the load on the foundations, the choice of foundations, analyzed the engineering and geological conditions of the construction site; 3. Technology and organization of construction production - it describes the methods of work, safety when working with mechanisms, technological maps, construction schedules, construction master plan; 4. Economics of construction - it developed an object estimate and a consolidated estimate of construction for major construction works, defined technical and economic indicators; 5. Safety and labor protection - it lists the basic requirements for safety and fire safety during the construction of a dormitory for 248 people in the city of Chernihiv. | en_US |
