У вступі розкрито актуальність теми, визначено мету та завдання роботи, об’єкт та предмет дослідження, подано короткий зміст роботи. В першому розділі подано роль та значення ефективності прийняття рішень управлінським персоналом в системі менеджменту, охарактеризовано основні фактори впливу на ефективність прийняття рішень із врахуванням специфіки роботи організації. В другому розділі проаналізовано принципи ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень в організації військової сфери. The introduction reveals the relevance of the topic, defines the purpose and objectives of the work, the object and subject of research, provides a summary of the work. The first section presents the role and importance of effective decision-making by management staff in the management system, describes the main factors influencing the effectiveness of decision-making, taking into account the specifics of the organization. The second section analyzes the activities of the Chernihiv Regional Center for the calculation and implementation of social benefits, an analysis of the effectiveness of management staff of this organization. The third section suggests ways to increase the efficiency of the management decision-making process.	uk_UA
