dc.description.abstract	У статті описано досвід виробництва равликів на прикладі Італії, вплив геліцекультури на економіку країни, попит на равликів серед місцевого населення, експорт та імпорт цих тварин, а також їхню роль у сталому розвитку сільського господарства та економічному зростанні в країні. Розглянуто організаційно-економічні та управлінські питання, пов’язані з розведенням равликів і методичні підходи щодо оптимізації розведення равликів на фермах. Розкрито економічні складові здійснення діяльності індустрією розведення равликів.
