dc.description.abstract	У статті здійснено обґрунтування важливості управління діловим партнерством закладів освіти з підприємствами реального бізнес-простору в процесі впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти для підвищення компетентнісного рівня людського капіталу як освітньої, так і виробничої сфер діяльності, що дозволяє забезпечити їх рівні конкурентоспроможності в умовах сучасних викликів. Доведено вплив сучасних трансформацій професійно-посадової структури бізнесу на його конкурентні переваги за рахунок впровадження інноваційних підходів до навчання як у процесі здобуття освіти, так і в умовах навчання протягом життя. Дуальна форма здобуття освіти при цьому розглядається як взаємовигідна з′єднувальна ланка, впровадження якої здатне забезпечити інноваційний розвиток як закладу освіти, так і підприємства. При цьому формуються сучасні компетентності здобувачів освіти й конкурентоздатний персонал виробничого середовища за рахунок своєчасного навчання в умовах виробництва із залученням провідних фахівців обох партнерів з урахуванням вітчизняних і світових тенденцій. Здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування загальної характеристики ділового партнерства на основі його принципів, мети, визначення суб’єктів партнерства, спільної стратегії, механізму реалізації, характеру взаємодії партнерів. Уточнено соціально-економічну сутність поняття «ділове партнерство» та управління ним у контексті впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти з виокремленням основних принципів і змісту аналізу. Систематизовано причини необхідності впровадження в освітній простір дуальної концепції. На основі аналізу етапів впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти в Україні виокремлено його основні задачі з урахуванням процесів диджиталізації і інтелектуалізації сучасного світового бізнесу. Запропоновано загальну модель аналізу ділового партнерства закладів освіти й підприємств, що слугує основою для його практичного впровадження.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article substantiates the importance of managing the business partnership of educational institutions with enterprises of the real business space in the process of implementing a dual form of education to increase the competence level of human capital in both educational and industrial spheres of activity, which allows to ensure their level of competitiveness in the conditions of modern challenges. The impact of modern transformations of the professional and job structure of business on its competitive advantages due to the introduction of innovative approaches to education, both in the process of obtaining an education and in the conditions of lifelong learning, is proven. At the same time, the dual form of obtaining education is considered as a mutually beneficial connecting link, the implementation of which can ensure the innovative development of both the educational institution and the enterprise. At the same time, modern competences of education seekers and competitive personnel of the production environment are formed due to timely training in production conditions with the involvement of leading specialists of both partners, taking into account domestic and global trends. A theoretical substantiation of the general characteristics of the business partnership was carried out based on its principles, purpose, definition of the subjects of the partnership, joint strategy, mechanism of implementation, nature of interaction of partners. The socio-economic essence of the concept of "business partnership" and its management in the context of the implementation of a dual form of education is specified, with the main principles and content of the analysis being highlighted. The reasons for the need to introduce a dual concept into the educational space are systematized. Based on the analysis of the stages of the implementation of the dual form of education in Ukraine, its main tasks are singled out, taking into account the processes of digitalization and intellectualization of modern global business. A general model of business partnership analysis of educational institutions and enterprises is proposed, which serves as a basis for its practical implementation.	uk_UA
