dc.description.abstract	У статті проведено обґрунтування сутності категорії «фінансові інструменти», що здійснено на основі аналізу сформованих у науковій літературі підходів до розгляду цієї дефініції. У результаті було запропоновано авторське розуміння змісту «фінансові інструменти» кредитного ринку, виокремлено базові змістовні ознаки цієї категорії. Також вагома увага сфокусована на описі ролі фінансових інструментів у розвитку кредитного ринку України в період військового стану. Розглянуто та актуалізовано значення кредитного ринку в системі ринкових відносин у зв’язку із впровадженням воєнного стану. Обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок між різними сегментами кредитного ринку, що поділяються за ознакою відносної однорідності фінансових інструментів, які ними використовуються.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article substantiates the essence of the "financial instruments" category, which is based on the analysis of the approaches to considering this definition developed in the scientific literature. As a result, the author's understanding of the meaning of "financial instruments" of the credit market was proposed, and the basic meaningful features of this category were highlighted. Considerable attention is focused on the description of the role of financial instruments in the development of the credit market of Ukraine during the period of martial law. The importance of the credit market in the system of market relations in connection with the introduction of martial law is considered and updated. The relationship between different segments of the credit market, which are divided according to the relative homogeneity of the financial instruments used by them, is substantiated. The problem of a wide selection of financial instruments of the credit market and their correct application depending on the changing conditions - ensures the maximum mobilization of credit resources, their rational distribution and quick redistribution and effective use and is unsolved and needs to be solved, especially with the development of dynamism and branching financial instruments present on the credit market of Ukraine. A developed credit market implies the presence of a significant number of intermediaries and a large selection of high-quality and affordable financial instruments that would satisfy the demand of the most demanding investors. However, the lack of the latter is an important problem in Ukraine. The relevance of this issue is possible under the condition of effective functioning of the credit market, the main purpose of which is to redistribute free resources from individuals and legal entities that have their surplus to those business entities that feel a lack of investment.	uk_UA
