dc.description.abstract	Україна потерпає від забруднення мінами та вибухонебезпечними об’єктами, що залишилися з часів Першої, Другої світових воєн, а також у результаті продовження конфлікту на Сході країни з 2014 р., який переріс у повномасштабну війну. На початок 2023 р. пресслужба ДСНС проінформувала про замінування ≈ 40 % території (понад 250 000 км2). За площею замінованих земель ООН відносить Україну до найзамінованіших. Масштаби мінування перевершують країни, де військові конфлікти тривали десятиліттями. До повномасштабного вторгнення, за 2021 р. було гуманітарно розміновано ≈ 46 км2 території. Оптимістичні прогнози аналітиків оцінюють тривалість післявоєнного гуманітарного розмінування уражених територій у 5-10 років, песимістичні – у понад 70 років. За таких умов та з урахуванням закордонного досвіду потрібно розробляти підходи до першочергового повернення до господарського використання найперспективніших земельних ділянок.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The problem of mine danger has existed for several centuries, and its scale is constantly growing. With the start of a fullscale war, according to the UN, Ukraine became the most mined country in the world. Such a situation comprehensively worsens the level of security, the state of the environment, and makes it impossible to restore the economy. Estimated costs for demining the contaminated territory of Ukraine are estimated at 400 to 900 billion dollars. None of the countries that were faced with the need to demine territories after the end of hostilities could solve this problem on their own, only at the expense of budget funds. Current proposals for demining territories are determined based on the instructions of the National Mine Action Authority and local authorities. To substantiate the sequence of demining territories using geo-informational tools and decision support systems. The experience of support systems for decision-making on the priority of demining territories on the example of Western Sahara and Afghanistan is considered. Freely available sources of geospatial data, criteria for working with spatial data are given. The state of the National Geospatial Data Infrastructure, its integration into the European Union Geoinformation Space (INSPIRE) and its capabilities for humanitarian demining are revealed. It is advisable to supplement the studies carried out in Ukraine on determining the optimal directions of land use with humanitarian demining data and materials of the National Infrastructure of Geospatial Data. This will allow optimizing the processes of demining territories, speeding up the recovery of the economic situation and the possibility of attracting larger amounts of donor aid.	uk_UA
