dc.description.abstract	Метою кваліфікаційної роботи виступає дослідження соціально-демографічної ситуації в Україні та визначення шляхів її покращення. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи виступає сучасний стан соціально-демографічної ситуації України та його вплив на формування трудового потенціалу Корпорації Рошен. Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи виступають шляхи покращення соціально-демографічної ситуації в Україні. Методи дослідження: міждисциплінарний, аналізу, групування, узагальнення, синтезу, статистичної обробки інформації, компаративного аналізу, економіко-статистичного моделювання. Наукова новизна кваліфікаційної роботи обумовлена тим, що в роботі вперше досліджено можливості розвитку кадрового потенціалу підприємства за умов покращення соціально-демографічної ситуації в Україні. Практична значущість отриманих результатів полягає в можливості врахувння запропонованих рекоменденцій для покращення соціально-демографічної ситуації в Україні.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	By the method of qualification work, we perform the investigation of the socio-demographic situation in Ukraine and the development of the path of improvement. The object of qualification work is the current social and demographic situation in Ukraine, which has contributed to the formation of the labor potential of the Roshen Corporation. The subject of qualification work is the way to improve the socio-demographic situation in Ukraine. Follow-up methods: interdisciplinary, analysis, grouping, aggregation, synthesis, statistical processing of information, comparative analysis, economic-statistical modeling. The scientific novelty of qualified robotics is inspired by the fact that in robots the possibility of developing a personnel potential of entrepreneurship for the minds of improving the socio-demographic situation in Ukraine was first achieved. The practical significance of taking away the results is in the possibility of adopting recommendations to improve the socio-demographic situation in Ukraine.	uk_UA
