dc.description.abstract	Україна знаходиться в процесі децентралізації з 2014 року. Мета цієї реформи полягає в побудові дієвої системи територіальної організації влади, підвищенні економічно-соціального розвитку територіальних громад. Пріоритетним завданням соціальної роботи є активація громадян до результативної дії у суспільстві, успішній самоактуалізації, для цих процесів потрібно усвідомлювати власні потреби, бо саме вони є рушійною силою, яка спонукає до дій та починань і створює соціальну активність громади. Метою даної магістерської роботи є аналіз особливостей визначення потреб територіальних громад в контексті децентралізації. Розроблені пропозиції щодо покращення оцінки потреб територіальних громад з метою ефективного визначення потреб жителів територіальних громад. Відтак, Розділ І присвячений висвітленню теоретико-методологічних засад особливостей визначення потреб територіальних громад. Охарактеризовані методи оцінки потреб, розглянуті ресурси територіальних громад. Висвітлений взаємозв’язок між визначенням потреб, наявними ресурсами та стратегічним розвитком територіальної громади. Розділ ІІ складається з емпіричного дослідження особливостей визначення потреб територіальних громад, яке було проведено з метою покращення висвітлення проблеми – визначення потреб територіальної громади, проаналізовані результати даного дослідження. Розділ ІІІ присвячений розробці пропозицій щодо вдосконалення процесу визначення потреб територіальних громад. Наукова новизна проведеного дослідження полягає в тому, що: - уточнено поняття «потреби», проаналізовані певні методи збору інформації.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	Ukraine has been in the process of decentralization since 2014. The purpose of this reform is to build an effective system of territorial organization of power, to increase the economic and social development of territorial communities. The priority task of social work is to activate citizens for effective action in society, successful self-actualization, for these processes it is necessary to be aware of their own needs, because they are the driving force that encourages actions and initiatives and, accordingly, creates social activity of the community. The purpose of this master's thesis is to analyze the peculiarities of determining the needs of territorial communities in the context of decentralization. Proposals have been developed to improve the assessment of the needs of territorial communities in order to effectively identify the needs of residents of territorial communities. Therefore, Section I is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the specifics of determining the needs of territorial communities. The methods of needs assessment are characterized, and the resources of territorial communities are considered. The relationship between the identification of needs, available resources and strategic development of the territorial community is highlighted. Section II consists of an empirical study of the peculiarities of identifying the needs of territorial communities, which was conducted to improve the coverage of the problem of identifying the needs of the territorial community, and analyzes the results of this study. Section III is devoted to the development of proposals for improving the process of identifying the needs of territorial communities. The scientific novelty of the study is that: - the concept of "needs" is clarified, certain methods of collecting information are analyzed.	uk_UA
