dc.description.abstract	Визначено сутність та удосконалено дефініцію категорії «інтелектуальні послуги», під якою пропонується розуміти процес та результат передачі цінності у вигляді послуги, що володіє рядом специфічних ознак за рахунок використання набору професійних знань та інформації та спрямована на реалізацію якісних змін та переваг споживачем послуги. Виділено ключові функції інтелектуальних послуг. Розглянуто особливості розвитку ринку інтелектуальних послуг в умовах обмеженості ресурсних можливостей. Розглянуто специфі чні вимоги, що висуваються до інтелектуальних послуг в підприємництві. Проаналізовано бар’єри, що стримують розвиток ринку інтелектуальних послуг в Україні.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	This article aims to deepen the academic understanding of the essence of the intellectual services category and considers the features of its development in modern conditions. The intellectual services contribute to the creation, exchange, and disseminatio n of information and knowledge to ensure the enterprise’s resilience and competitiveness in the long term perspective. The authors proposed to identify intellectual service as the process and result of the value transfer in the form of a service that has s everal specific features due to the use of the set of professional knowledge and information and aimed to realize qualitative changes and benefits by the consumer of the service. The authors identified the accumulating, cooperating, integrative, systemic, identifying, supporting, and stimulating functions of intellectual services. The process of interaction between the customer and the contractor in the process of providing intellectual services is considered. The features of development of the intellectual services market in conditions of limited resource capabilities are characterized is examined. Among the main barriers to the development of the intellectual services market, the following barriers were identified and investigated, particularly: insufficie nt number of specialists; the use of unified solutions that do not take into account the specifics enterprise; insufficient quality of the received intellectual product; insufficient prevalence of intellectual services within the Ukrainian market; the comp lexity in providing support to intellectual services after its providing; and difficulties in setting the fair final price of intellectual service. The authors identified the role of government to develop the appropriate conditions within the intellectual services market as well as provide some recommendations for its future development.	uk_UA
