dc.description.abstract | У статті визначено основні тенденції розвитку ринку праці України та Чернігівської області. З’ясовано, що в сучасних умовах на регіональному ринку праці є дисбаланс між попитом і пропозицією на робочу силу через загальну мобілізацію, неможливість працювати в зоні постійних обстрілів, значну зовнішню і внутрішню міграцію населення. Виявлено, що основними тенденціями ринку праці Чернігівської області стали скорочення кількості робочих місць через закриття або релокацію бізнесу, нестача «чоловічих робочих рук» у промис ловому й сільськогосподарському секторах економіки, зростання питомої ваги кількості жінок серед офіційно зареєстрованих безробітних, недостатня взаємодія між ринком праці й ринком освітніх послуг. Запропоновано стимулювати підприємництво в області за допо могою грантових програм, активніше втілювати цифровізацію зайнятості й безперервну освіту, що дозволить людям, які шукають роботу в умовах війни, працювати дистанційно, опанувати нові професії, реалізувати свій творчий потенціал. | uk_UA |

dc.description.abstractalt1 | The labor market plays an important role in the development of the region, because without analyzing its state and trends at the state level, it is impossible to develop programs on the employment growth and determine the main ways to reduce unemployment i n the country. The war negatively affected the structure of employment, number of jobs, level of unemployment and migration, and, accordingly, changed labor markets in most regions of the country. The main goal of the article is to identify the main trend s in the labor market development of Chernihiv region in the conditions of war. It is determined that the state of development of the regional labor markets is assessed by a number of indicators, in particular: volume of demand and offer of labor forces, l evel of employment and unemployment, ratio of the levels of the registered unemployment and the registered one according to the ILO methodology, level of labor turnover and migration of the working age population, level of youth unemployment, number and co mposition of labor force, remuneration level, etc. It is found out that in the conditions of war, the main trends in the labor market development in Chernihiv region were as follows: change in the number and composition of the labor force due to internal a nd external migration; imbalance between labor supply and demand due to inability to work in the war zone and general mobilization; forced migration of the working age population and business relocation; hiring without official registration; lower wages, f alling consumer demand; growth in the proportion of women among officially registered unemployed, shortage of young personnel; growth in the number of disabled, etc. It is proposed to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship by attracting businessmen to participate in grant programs to improve the situation in the regional labor market; to conduct digitalization, informatization and robotization of employment and to introduce Industry 4.0; to create new jobs in the defense sector of economy; to develo p training and retraining programs for veterans/disabled veterans for their social and economic reintegration; to establish interaction between the educational services market and the labor market; to promote employment of women, youth, persons of pre reti rement and retirement age through personnel training programs, etc. | uk_UA |
