dc.description.abstract	У статті обґрунтовано роль і місце аграрної складової в забезпеченні збалансованого розвитку сільської місцевості. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що сфера аграрного господарювання є вагомою складовою національної економіки, окреслює продовольчу безпеку країни та її регіонів. Наголошено, що аграрна складова в поєднанні з багатофункціональною системоутворюючою компонентою справляє вагомий вплив на забезпечення розширеного відтворення територій сільської місцевості, формування дієвої моделі соціально-економічного й екологічного розвитку досліджуваних територій. Виявлено, що базовою основою розвитку аграрної сфери в межах сільських територій є формування довготривалого зростання на основі поєднання і взаємозумовленості економічної, соціальної й екологічної складової забезпечення збалансованого розвитку територіальних систем. У процесі дослідження узагальнено наукові підходи до формування системи забезпечення збалансованого розвитку аграрної сфери і сільської місцевості.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The article substantiates the role and place of the agrarian component in ensuring the balanced development of rural areas. Attention is focused on the fact that the sphere of agricultural management is an important component of the national economy, outlines the food security of the country and its regions. It is emphasized that the agrarian compone nt in combination with the multifunctional system forming component has a significant impact on ensuring the expanded reproduction of rural areas, the formation of an effective model of socio economic and ecological development of the studied territories. It has been established that the multi component development of the agrarian sphere is determined not only by the production of agricultural products in order to satisfy consumer needs for food products, but also contributes to increasing the level of empl oyment of rural residents, their well being, the preservation of agrarian traditions of rural regions, and creates a comfortable living environment for villagers. It was revealed that the basic basis of the development of the agrarian sphere within rural a reas is the formation of long term growth based on the combination and interdependence of the economic, social and ecological components of ensuring the balanced development of territorial systems. In the process of research, scientific approaches to the f ormation of a system of ensuring balanced development of the agrarian sphere and rural areas, solving problematic issues of a socio economic and ecological nature are summarized. The study made it possible to outline one's own vision of the formation of th e components of the system of balanced development of rural areas, to substantiate the importance of the agrarian component in the expanded reproduction of rural areas. Despite the positive dynamics regarding the growth of agricultural production, consider ed through the prism of the peculiarities of agricultural management in Transcarpathian region, the agrarian sphere of the region requires special attention, since the studied management is carried out in difficult conditions of the mountainous terrain wit h its soil, climate and weather properties, and that significantly complicates the situation these are difficult conditions of martial law.	uk_UA
