The final qualification work is devoted to the study of the problem of innovations in the
hotel and restaurant industry.
The theoretical section examines the latest approaches in this area of hotel activity. After
conducting the research, we concluded that a large number of scholars consider the hotel
industry as a segment of tourism activity. In this section, the interaction of innovations
and the hotel industry in modern conditions was identified, including digital technologies,
content marketing and social networks.
The second section analyses the activities of the hotel industry, examines in detail various
aspects of the organisation and assesses its competitiveness.
The third section develops recommendations for introducing innovations, improving
services, and areas for business improvement.
The scientific novelty of the study is as follows:
1. The concept of innovation in the hotel and restaurant business is substantiated.
2. The influence of creative industries on the development of the hotel business is
analysed.
The results of the study are the development of recommendations for the use of creative
industries in the hotel industry |
