dc.description.abstractalt1	The purpose of the bachelor's final qualification work is the development and design of a residential building with a basement, which meets modern regulatory documents of urban planning and quality standards. Composition of the explanatory note of the : abstract; content; five sections of the project; a list of used literature. The first chapter describes the specifics of the volumetric planning solution, the area of the premises, architectural solutions, solutions of structural elements, construction physics and technical and economic indicators. In the second chapter, the calculation and construction of the strip foundation for the outer wall with the calculation of the width of the foundation pillow is given, the load collection from the building structure is given, the strength check of the slab of the staircase of the typical floor is described, the rationale for choosing the roof structure is described. In the third section, the specifications of the works were determined and construction volumes were calculated, a mobile crane was selected and its technical characteristics were given. In the fourth section, the main technical and economic indicators, aggregated and local estimated calculations are given. The fifth chapter describes the features of labor protection and instructions for construction and installation work.	uk_UA
