dc.description.abstract	В першому розділі описано конструкцію валкової дробилки, опори валкової та станини, принцип їх роботи, наведено технічні характеристики. Визначено функції, проведено технологічний аналіз. В другому розділ виконаний силовий аналіз станини, зроблено висновки щодо змін в конструкції деталі. В третьому розділі визначені параметри якості опори валкової, виявлені складальні розмірні ланцюги, проведено розрахунок двох із них. В четвертому розділі розроблено технологічний процес складання опори валкової, проведено нормування. В п’ятому розділі для станини визначено вихідну заготовку, виявлено основні технологічні задачі станини, підібрано верстати для обробки станини та інструмент. В шостому розділі описано обладнання, яке використовується під час обробки станини та складання опори валкової.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstractalt1	The first chapter describes the design of the roller crusher, roller supports and bed, the principle of their operation, technical characteristics are given. The functions have been defined, the technological analysis has been carried out. In the second section, a strength analysis of the frame is performed, conclusions are drawn regarding changes in the design of the part. In the third section, the parameters of the quality of the roll support are determined, the component dimensional chains are identified, and the calculation of two of them is carried out. In the fourth chapter, the technological process of assembling the roll support was developed, and standardization was carried out. In the fifth section, the starting workpiece for the bed is determined, the main technological tasks of the bed are identified, machines for processing the bed and tools are selected. The sixth chapter describes the equipment that is used during the processing of the bed and the assembly of the roll support.	uk_UA
