Normative legal provision of environmental safety of the state

Abstract

In the modern world economic space the issues of international environmental security are of particular relevance. They are expressed in violation of natural processes because of excessive anthropogenic action, exacerbating contradictions in relations between society and nature, increasing energy consumption, demographic processes, armed conflicts, man-made disasters, etc. The current state of the ecological situation in the country is dangerous, which threatens the further development of the state and contravenes the principles of sustainable development. Therefore, there is a need for targeted state action aimed at protecting the environment. Given this, the issue of environmental security of the state and its normative and legal provision is relevant and requires comprehensive study.
