Distinctions and features of ISO 9001:2015 standard implementation in the context of social and strategic development of enterprises

Abstract

In the article the peculiarities of implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 standard are considered. A comparative characteristic between versions of the 2008 standard and 2015 one is conducted. It is established that the main differences concern principles of quality management, structure of the standard, terms and definitions, requirements of the standard.
