Research of the institutional essence of corruption and means of its overcoming

Abstract

The paper covers the main substantial features of corruption that identify its “qualitative differences” and “specific particulars” and justifies the most efficient ways and organizational and financial means of creation of conditions for overcoming of criminal crime in Ukraine.
