Electronic petitions in Ukraine as an element of modern democracy: perspectives and ways of improvement

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept, the categorical and conceptual framework on issues of electronic identification is improved, the status of implementation of this tool in Ukraine is assessed, the ways to improve the functioning mechanisms of the electronic identification in Ukraine are proposed.
