Transformation functions of state regulation on the condition of country’s participation in integration formations

Abstract

Investigated the issues of transformation the functions of state regulation in context of globalization and strengthening the integration processes. These processes are objective and caused by the desire of countries to expand the economic, investment and other opportunities. On the example of EU considers restrictions and features of realization the basic functions that traditionally performs state. Since the integration processes are acquire new forms, we can predict the further transformation the functions of state regulation.
