Our assumptions about the organizational development we present as three-pillar model: material resources dynamics, non-material resources dynamic and structure changes The proposed model synthesizes the approaches to estimate the changes in different fields of organizational studies, but at the same time it’s optional and can be modified by implementation of the various indexes.
