Abstract

The methodical approach to forming of public-private partnership financial potential has been suggested. It includes: the assessment of public-private partnership financial potential for its structural elements, providing optimal structuring of state support for the funding of public-private partnerships, increasing the potential for cooperation between the state and the private sector by identifying problems, prospects and directions of their adjustment.
