Abstract:
The methods of estimating the projects of the launch of preinvestment investments were analyzed. The calculation of the investment value of the company and the method of returning the venture capital through the final cost is tested. The optimal way of evaluating the Startup Start Cost Index is determined on the basis of the average Startup Cost and Segment Cost Index.
In order to take into account the costs of implementing the startup it is expedient to use the theory of solving inventive tasks "Lean production", which will allow to build an
effective system of management of aggregate expenses and further control over their dynamics
