Abstract:
The article justifies the feasibility of competitive and integrative benchmarking increasing the competitiveness of national universities. Toolkit of process-oriented approach of benchmarking is based on justification of the reference strategy by comparing competitive advantages in selected 4P-subsystems of benchmarking of management in top universities.
