The article deals with the problems of adaptation of the crisis financial management of industrial enterprises to the modern conditions of economic development. The ways of improvement of the anti-crisis financial management of industrial enterprises on the basis of diagnostics of financial possibilities of the object of crisis management are offered. The mechanism of adaptation of anti-crisis financial management of industrial enterprises is developed.
