dc.description.abstractalt1	The article is devoted to the legal characteristics of the current state of protection of taxpayers’ rights in Ukraine. In particular the concept of protecting the rights of taxpayers updated. It was found that the forms and methods of rights protection is jurisdictional (judicial and administrative protection) and non-jurisdictional (self-defense). Analyzed the current state of legal provision and practical aspects of the protection of the rights of taxpayers.	en_US
