dc.description.abstractalt1	The article deals with selected issues of the use of replacement of the unserved part of the sentence with a more lenient according to Part 8 of the Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The peculiarities and problems of legal regulation of this legal provision are determined. The content of Part 8 of the Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is reviewed from the point of view of the theory of law and practice; recommendations regarding the improvement of legislative regulation taking into account the interests of society and the state are given.	en_US
